Press In

Press in inserts are easy to install into a wide variety of applications. Insertion into manifolds, valves and customer supplied hardware are routine. These inserts are available with our complete line of orifices from .0004″ thru .081″ with or without stainless steel filters.

Threaded

Threaded Orifice Inserts are available in a wide variety of precision threads. Threads are available in brass or stainless steel. NPTs make excellent high wear nozzles for hydraulics and high-pressure applications. Brass threaded orifices are finding use in many deep bore applications and cylinder mount orifice designs. These inserts are available in our complete line of orifices from .0004″ thru .081″

Plated

Stainless Orifice Plate .590″ Diamter x .080″ Long . With a Sapphire Vee-Hole Orifice (0.087 o.d.)This Conical Vee Entry Orifice series is also wire lapped to insure uniformity
of the holes roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.

This orifice series is usually a good choice for applications that require both low flow and or higher pressures. Sizes range from .002” up thru .033”
